15-18 Year Old Tryouts: Club Tryout: November 7; Team Placement Tryout: November 9
$35 Tryout Fee
Each athlete will have a number on the back of their tryout t-shirt and all tryout numbers who are selected to our club will be listed on our webpage by October 27 2:00PM (11-14s) and November 7 8:00pm (15-18s). $300 deposit is due at the first tryout. Any athlete who is not selected to the club will receive their deposit payment back and will not attend the second day of tryouts.
Team Selection:
Athletes selected to the club on the first day of tryouts then attend the team placement tryout on day 2 of tryouts.
Due to limited practice space, we will form limited number of teams with 9-10 athletes per team
Athletes will be placed on a team based on skill level, positional need, and age
Team selections are final
Season Dates: December 3, 2021-March 13, 2022
Practices:
2x a week 13-18s teams, 1-2x a week 11-12s teams
Practices times will vary and will be held on any day of the week except Wednesdays. Practices will be 1.5 hours long and held in various locations
Tournament Dates:
11-12s teams will play in 5 total tournaments
13-18s teams will play in 7 total tournaments held in various locations
ALL teams will play in Bettendorf, IA March 12 & 13
All tournament dates will be decided once teams are formed. Tentative list by Nov.15
All lodging and transportation are to be provided by the athletes/families
Fee:
$800 13-18s 3s and 4s level teams
$900 13-18s 1s and 2s level teams
$450 11-12s
Fee Includes:
Uniform package
13-18s: 2 jerseys, 2 practice t-shirts, 1 top, 1 backpack
11-12s: 1 jersey, 1 practice t-shirt, 1 top, 1 backpack
Tournament registrations, coach salaries, practice gym rentals, team insurance, coach background checks, administrative fees and misc. club expenses
Fee will be broken into 3 payments. The first payment is due at tryouts. If athlete does not make a team, full refund will be given.
Fundraising:
These are OPTIONAL
All fundraising proceeds go directly to individual player fee and will reduce final payment. If athlete earns more than her third payment, a refund check will be issued

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given unless the league shuts down or the State shuts down sports. Any refund would be prorated accordingly. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CHOOSING TO QUIT AFTER TEAMS ARE FORMED.
